DAY 1 / SAN JOSE

Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon your arrival you will be transferred to your retreat.

 

DAY 2 / AMA TIERRA

In the morning enjoy a yoga class in a magnificent open-air pavilion overlooking the Costa Rican mountains while exotic birds fly overhead. Spend the day at your leisure and enjoy one of the spa treatments directed by registered herbalist (AHG) Jill Ruttenberg (optional $). (B/L/D)

 

DAY 3 / AMA TIERRA

Wake-up to the continuous orchestra of birds chirping and participate in a peaceful morning yoga practice. Enjoy a healthy gourmet breakfast served on the deck while taking in the wonders of the nature that surrounds you. Spend the day relaxing by the infinity pool and walking to the stream or hiking to where you can see the Nicoya Peninsula in the distance. (B/L/D)

 

DAY 4 / AMA TIERRA

After yoga and breakfast, enjoy a day excursion to one of Costa Rica’s beautiful beaches. Stop at a Carara National Park to enjoy an unforgettable walk through the rainforest, home to many exotic birds and wildlife. For those who are looking for some adventure, participate in a surfing class or an exhilarating ziplining experience (optional $). (B/L/D)

 

DAY 5 / AMA TIERRA

Spend the day relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the natural beauty that surrounds the retreat. Participate in an excursion or nurture yourself with a massage (optional $) (B/L/D)

 

DAY 6 / AMA TIERRA

Spend the day relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the natural beauty that surrounds the retreat. Participate in an excursion or nurture yourself with a massage (optional $) (B/L/D)

 

DAY 7 / AMA TIERRA

Spend the day relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the natural beauty that surrounds the retreat. Participate in an excursion or nurture yourself with a massage (optional $) (B/L/D)

 

DAY 8 / DEPARTURE

Transfer to the International airport in San Jose for your return flight home. (B)
